3/19/2023 0 Comments Dbmv mangao nlineI have not been able to grab signal levels at the time it's happening, but here are my signal levels at the moment, posted below, although I'm not sure how to format them to make them not messy. ![]() I feel like the original issue is not resolved despite having 5 days of seemingly OK internet connectivity, but I would like to get to the bottom of what the actual issue is here. I am unsure what to do next to address this service issue. Within an hour of the technician leaving my residence, I had another service outage.įor the 5 days after the technician's visit, I had no outages that I am aware of, but today I once again had the same connectivity issues, happening 2 times within 3 hours of each other. On March 31st I had an Xfinity technician visit my residence and, while the technician said that he did some "minor" fixes, he was ultimately not able to find any true cause to my problem. My internet will disconnect and I usually wait approximately 5 minutes to see if it reconnects, which it doesn't, and then I restart my modem and I regain internet connection. ![]() It is not consistently happening at any specific time, but it nearly always happens between that window of time. For the last 3 or so weeks, I have been having almost daily connection drops between the hours of 10am-2pm.
